The Engage Method: Optimize Your Movement
Â
Nobody ever taught you how to take care of the structure you move through life in.
Â
For anyone who wants a strong, flexible, confident body — and wants to overcome and stay ahead of pain, injury, and surgery.Â
Start the Course - $625Pain isn't "normal aging." It's compensation.
Old falls, injuries, surgeries, and too much sitting all cost you movement at your joints and tissues. Your body keeps going anyway — by borrowing from somewhere else. That borrowed load becomes strain, and strain eventually becomes pain and degeneration.
This isn't something that happens to unlucky people. It happens to almost everyone, slowly, whether or not you've ever been injured.
And it doesn't stay in one place. Restricted movement in one area doesn't stay local — the body redirects that demand elsewhere, and that's where strain and eventual pain show up.
That's why stretching is only temporary, and why most "core" exercises miss the true core entirely. Your body was built to work as a whole. It has to be cared for that way.Â
Insurance you actually feel working
Think of this like insurance for your body — except instead of paying in and hoping you never need it, you feel the benefit every single time you do it.
This isn't a program for when something's wrong. It's a basic skill set everyone deserves, the same way we all learned to brush our teeth.
And unlike a printed handout of exercises, every lesson is there to rewatch at the moment you're practicing — so you're getting coached every single time, not trying to remember what someone showed you once.
Start the Course - $625What patients tell us after the course

Based on Jen's clinical observation across 26 years of practice.
Restricted movement in one area doesn't stay local - the body redirects that demand elsewhere, and that's where we strain and eventual pain show up. - from Driving the Narrative on Structural HealthÂ
In Jen's Words
"Its physics, basic physics - but it's hard to quantify in human tissue."
Jen has spent years explaining why structural health can't be understood one joint or one muscle at a time - and why treating the body as a collection of separate parts misses what's actually driving most pain. A few places she's written about it directly:Â
- Driving the Narrative on Structural Health - Jen unpacks why she thinks conventional medicine has drifted toward looking at isolated parts instead of the interconnected whole, and why healthy movement depends on every structure - muscle, joint, and connective tissue - functioning together.Â
- On Cupping and Scraping - We Need to Look Deeper - On reading movement patterns in real time (walking, throwing, cycling, swimming) and why a restriction in one area doesn't stay contained - it shows up as a strain somewhere else in the body over time.Â
- The Old Injury That Says Hello - Jen's own account of living pain-free after years of old injuries, built on a combination of manual therapy and a consistent mobility, stability, and strength practice - the same philosophy Engage is built on.Â
Learn This Before You Ever Need Us
The best time to do this course isn't after something starts hurting - it's now, before it does. Patients who complete Engage Method before starting hands-on treatment consistently need fewer visits and see faster, deeper results once treatment begins, because the groundwork is already laid. And for everyone else - this is simply body literacy. The same basic care and maintenance skills your car gets, your body deserves too.Â

My work is built on the belief that the body is beautifully interconnected - and when you understand its structure, you can restore its function.
I notice patterns and trends of the patients who seek help for all types of pain and injuries. While there are unique and specific injuries that need to be addressed, there are common themes of muscle, tissue, and joint imbalance that I find. Bodies have become disconnected, that is, muscles, joints, and body parts are not working together as a whole.
This work continues to keep me keep my back, knees, neck and shoulders health, after restoring my body from old injuries, back pain, neck pain, plantar fasciitis, and shoulder pain.
In the clinic, we are able to make significantly faster progress when my patients have mastered these concepts.
In 26 years of clinical practice, I've seen a consistent pattern: many of the patients I've treated for chronic pain and degenerative issues never had to reach the point they did - and some might have avoided surgery altogether - if they'd learned and practiced these fundamentals earlier. That's the whole reason this course exists.
In their words...
"The instructions were clear, and I could actually feel the difference—my deep core was firing into my pelvic floor instead of just overusing the outer muscles. It was so important to understand the sequence, not just do random exercises."  - Bill T.
"I can finally feel my glutes work!" Doug R.
"I am writing to let you know how well I am feeling and back to walking. My husband and I have been going to the gym and have a regular schedule. I continue to do my foam roller and band work. If I skip it. I can really feel it in my lower back." Sue D.Â
