We’ll help you identify and eliminate foods that cause inflammation and replace them with nutrient-dense alternatives. By doing so, we aim to: Reduce inflammation, boost energy level, restore gut health, and support cell function.
Using the Elimination Diet, this program will empower you to gain awareness and clarity about the foods that work (or don’t work) for your body. It takes 21 days for your body to eliminate the antibodies produced to fight inflammatory foods. During this period, we’ll focus on removing common inflammatory foods and loading up on nutrient-rich foods that support cellular health.
