Often the deeper nervous system still holds these traumas and gradually becomes stuck in a state of dysregulation, often unbeknownst to us.

Each week, you’ll be guided through short, approachable lessons paired with simple strategies you can begin integrating into your daily life. You’ll also experience grounding meditations and reflective journal prompts designed to help you connect what you’re learning to your own lived experience.
This course is meant to feel like a supportive refuge—there’s no pressure to be perfect or keep up at a rigid pace. Instead, the focus is on building awareness and discovering a few effective tools that you can turn into sustainable habits to support your nervous system over time.
what is the format of this course?
This course is designed as a comprehensive, multi-format learning experience to support both understanding and integration. It includes guided meditation videos to help regulate and embody nervous system concepts, reflective journal prompts to deepen personal insight, and pre- and post-tests to track your progress. In addition, you’ll receive clear, written educational content that teaches you how your nervous system functions and how to work with it more effectively in both clinical and everyday settings.
This course is designed to be completed over 3 weeks, offering a structured and focused learning experience. To help you stay on track without feeling overwhelmed, a new module is unlocked every 7 days, allowing you to pace your progress in a manageable way.
At the same time, there’s built-in flexibility—life doesn’t always follow a perfect schedule. You’ll have up to 4 weeks to comfortably move through the material at your own pace, giving you space to fully absorb and integrate what you’re learning.

 The video content in this course is designed to be short, supportive, and easy to integrate into your daily life. Each module includes a guided video—often a grounding or calming meditation—that helps you directly experience the concepts you’re learning about your nervous system.
