ENGAGE TestimonialsÂ
"The instructions were clear, and I could actually feel the difference—my deep core was firing into my pelvic floor instead of just overusing the outer muscles. It was so important to understand the sequence, not just do random exercises." - BillÂ

Integrative Manual Physical Therapist, Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist, Visceral, Vascular Neural Manipulation Specialist, Functional Medicine Practitioner
My work is built on the belief that the body is beautifully interconnected - and when you understand its structure, you can restore its function.
I've trained hundreds of therapists and helped thousands of patients recover from chronic pain, inflammation, and structural and functional imbalances.
I started my career as a traditional Physical Therapist, trained in mostly exercise, massage and general joint mobilization and muscle energy technique. Quickly, I became frustrated with the results I was getting with my patients and in my own body with back pain, knee pain and plantar fasciitis. Just as I was looking to pursue a degree in teaching High School Biology, I was invited to take a Continuing Education course in which she was exposed to Functional Manual Therapy from The Institute for Physical Art, in which I learned how to use my hands and eyes to identify structures that were not working efficiently and how to restore the mechanics, resulting in immediate improvements in mobility and pain. This ignited my curiosity and passion for understanding the human body, what happens to it, and why we struggle with pain.
I pursued Certification and Fellowship in which I learned precision in manual therapy skills, organization of how to treat the whole person, and permission to think outside of the box.
My next mentorship with The Barral Institute took me into assessing and treating inside the container…how a precisely trained hand and exquisite knowledge of anatomy can identify organs that are in suboptimal health and how they relate to illnesses and other health issues, including pain throughout the body.
